Ross joined the Hub from BRE where he was an Associate Director in the Building Futures Team, focusing on low/zero carbon new build and refurbishment. His background before this included gaining experience working as a Principal Consultant at Inbuilt Limited, a consultant with the MTech Group and as a Technical Manager for Greenfield Way Limited.

Starting his new role as Projects Director on July 2014, Ross will coordinate and manage the Hub's key research activities focused on achieving the mainstream delivery of Zero Carbon homes from 2016. Ross has already worked closely with the Hub in recent years, playing an integral role in developing and delivering the Zero Carbon Hub Fabric Energy Efficiency standard and Carbon Compliance task groups. He has been, and will continue to be, closely involved within the Hub's project reviewing the energy Performance Gap in new homes.
