The Housebuilder awards – now in their 6th year celebrate the very best of innovation and excellence in the housebuilding industry.
Winners will be announced at a black tie event on the evening of Thursday 28 October at the Millennium London Mayfair Hotel

- Best customer satisfaction initiative
- Best regeneration project
- Best community initiative
- Best marketing initiative
- Best design
- Best product
- Sustainable housebuilder of the year
- Housebuilder of the year – small/medium
- Housebuilder of the year – large
Zero Carbon Hub are sponsors of the ‘Best low or zero carbon initiative’ award category. Entry is free and we would like to see as many new and innovative initiatives represented as possible.
