Overheating Risk Management

This series of "overheating risk management" packs has been produced to support organisations who build, refurbish or manage homes, in deciding what next steps they could take to more strategically manage the issue of overheating in homes.

If you are a housebuilder, housing association, landlord, or local authority, then these packs could be of interest. They provide background on the subject, as well as examples of actions five organisations are taking to reduce their own risk exposure, for the benefit of their residents. The information has been produced in PowerPoint format to allow the information to be easily shared or presented.

The materials have been produced by the Zero Carbon Hub in partnership with the Environment Agency's Climate Ready Support Service, Public Health England, CITB, Cambridge City Council, Kingston upon Hull City Council, Southend Borough Council, and the Structural Timber Association.
