Skills and Training

Purpose

To ascertain the current level of knowledge within the industry to build to low and zero carbon home standards and from which determine the areas where additional skills and training are required.

THIS WORKSTREAM WILL AIM TO:

  • Work with cross sector partners to identify, clarify and map the key delivery issues.
  • Identify the organisations best placed to deliver the skills and training courses.

 

HOW WILL IT WORK?

The Zero Carbon Hub will adopt a facilitation and monitoring role and will create work groups - as necessary - to focus on the skills and training issues. We will also ensure that these issues are considered from a multiple perspective - from self build to the large housebuilders.
