Terms of Reference

TERMS OF REFERENCE

  • Membership should comprise representation from the home building industry and other key stakeholders.
  • Learning from other ZCH Workstreams should be collated and fed into the Skills and Training Workstream and vice versa.
  • ‘Task and Finish’ groups should be set up from within or outside the ‘Core Group’ to map the key issues and impacts of zero carbon home building on key disciplines, professions and trades, across a range of client markets.
  • Skills and training providers should be identified who currently, or who could in future, supply a range of zero carbon skills related products/services to home builders (large and small).
  • Members of the Core and Task Groups should act as advocates for the recommendations set out for consultation with industry and others.
  • The role and membership of the Task Groups should be reviewed following completion of the tasks for which they are set up.
  • The Core Group should make recommendations for the delivery and monitoring/review of outputs.
